How does it work?
We take all of the hassle out of managing your property to make it truly WorryFree for you, for a small % of the booking income.
Full Service Management packages are a 6-month minimum commitment.
Our management fee is 20-24% of booking income, based on property type/services required.
(Cleaning fees additional. Guests pay the cleaning fees, not hosts.)
What's included?
ONSITE CONSULTATION & APPRAISAL
One of our expert team members will meet you at your property to perform an appraisal and consult on the short term rental process.
LISTING & ACCOUNT SET UP
We’ll get your profiles live, with a listing description, photos, and SEO/marketing on the most-used platforms, such as Airbnb & Vrbo.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS
We’ll hire professionals and stage your property for a photo shoot, providing retouched, edited photos for your listing.

DIGITAL HOUSE
GUIDEBOOK
We’ll create a custom digital guidebook, including details on house elements, as well as recommendations for shopping, nightlife, and other activites.
HOME OWNER ACCESS
Owners always have 24/7 real time access to each property’s reservations, occupancy, and monthly income reporting to track your cash flow.
LISTING PRICE OPTIMIZATION
We will continually adjust pricing for your BnB based on latest market data, occupancy rates, and seasonality.
GUEST SCREENING & COMMUNICATION
We perform strict guest screening to ensure the safety of your property and respond timely & courteously to all guest inquiries to secure your reservations!

CHECKIN
Our team members will go the extra mile to welcome your guests, give them a tour of your BnB, and get them settled in comfortably.
(included when required by city regulations)
24/7 EMERGENCY GUEST SUPPORT
Our team will be ready for anything your guests need during their stay, so you don’t need to worry! We’ll manage each reservation from beginning to end.
($125 per incident plus $25/hr)
REGULAR CLEANING
We’ll make sure your BnB is sparkling clean with our professional, experienced cleaning partners (guests pay cleaning fees). Our cleaners are trained to report any damage and take photos.
RESTOCKING SUPPLIES
We’ll monitor & restock linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and welcome gifts for your guests.

CHECKOUT
We’ll do a site visit of the property following guest checkout to inspect your property for any damage or missing items.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
No matter how large or small, we’ll manage repairs using our preferred partners.
(Cost depends on nature of job and a quote will be provided for approval prior to work)
FURNISHING & DECORATING
We partner with professional designers who know what works within a BnB space. (Available services quoted after a free consultation meeting)
